About RTI
The Right to Information Act, 2005 empowers citizens to seek information from public authorities. BSEIDC is committed to transparency and provides information as per the provisions of the RTI Act.
How to File an RTI Request
Online Submission
You can submit your RTI request through the official RTI portal or by email.
Offline Submission
Submit your request in writing to the Public Information Officer (PIO) at our office.
Required Information
- Your name and contact details
- Clear description of the information sought
- RTI application fee (if applicable)
Response Time
As per RTI Act, 2005, information should be provided within 30 days of receipt of the request. In case of information concerning life or liberty, the response should be provided within 48 hours.
