BSEIDC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system. While we strive to ensure system availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

All fees paid through the BSEIDC ERP System (including but not limited to application, registration, tender, and processing fees) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies regardless of rejection, cancellation, withdrawal, or non-selection. Please verify all details carefully before making any payment.

Modifications

BSEIDC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the system after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
